Introduction

Hey,

 

Can you believe it? My very own blog!!

 

I had the idea of writing a similar blog, way back in 2004-5, when I was doing my own MBA.

 

Back then, I was looked upon with awe by some of my classmates, purely because…… hold your breath… I knew PowerPoint… People would hope I would be in their group, only so that they won’t have to worry about their PPT’s being made. People from other groups would ask me to look over their PPT’s. To be honest, I didn’t even know PowerPoint when I signed up in MBA. In the very first presentation that my group had to make, I had no role whatsoever! I volunteered to do the PPT… and the rest is, as they say, history!!!

 

Now, 6 years and a gazillion PPTs later, here I am, writing about Presentation Skills, that I picked up during my MBA and corporate life. Life does come around a full circle.

 

I basically started this blog to help out some of my college juniors in their quest to PowerPoint Nirvana. J

 

As I look back, I am amused to see that I myself did most of the things that I now advise juniors NOT to do…

 

Anyways, let’s get this show on the road…!!!

 

Every 2-3 days, I will post articles, visuals, tips, tricks, etc on the blog, which hopefully will help people.
